Returns Policy

Returns are processed through Australia Post. We offer a 60-day return window from the date of purchase for items that are eligible for return. Please note that refunds can only be issued in cases of manufacturing defects; however, some manufacturing issues may need to be addressed directly with the brand. We recommend contacting us so we can assist you with the next steps in the process.

To qualify for a return, products must be in unused or unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Additionally, all purchases are protected by our 1-year product guarantee. If you encounter any issues with your product during normal use, we will gladly replace it within this one-year period, provided that the product has been used appropriately. For example, using silicone toys with silicone-based lubricants will void your warranty.
